Delivery

Shipping and delivery

Digital products and software licences: we usually provide a download link by email and retain the ability for re-download for at least three months unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Physical products: delivery terms depend on the product and prior agreement. We can ship within Australia and internationally using reputable couriers and provide tracking details.

Refunds: we refund, exchange or credit where required by Australian consumer law or our contractual obligations. Consulting services and bespoke products are generally not refundable unless required by law.

Payments

Card payments

Online payments are currently available for invoice purchases only. Credit card details are transmitted to our payment gateway via its API.

NetExperts does not retain credit card details on this website or our systems as a matter of policy.

Privacy

Website privacy policy

NetExperts does not retain information about visitors to this website without explicit consent. We do use Google Analytics tracking, and Google may retain anonymised access data.

Other NetExperts systems have their own specific privacy policies where applicable. Where information is retained, users are explicitly notified.
